Is airfare included in the price?
Flights are an additional cost. This package includes your hotel accommodations at Hard Rock Resort Los Cabos, All Inclusive resort, transfers from the airport to the resort, return to the airport and Group activities/events listed. Flight schedules for this trip will not be available until 330 days prior to departure.
You can request that we add flights to your reservation, or purchase flights on your own.
Please provide flight itinerary if you decide to purchase flights on your own. It is needed to set-up your included transfers to and from the resort.
Are Passports required?
A Passport Book valid through August 10, 2025 is REQUIRED.
How do I make payments?
Your initial Non Refundable deposit of $150 per person is due at the time of booking.
June 30, 2024- 2nd Payment of $400 per person
August 30, 2024- 3rd Payment of $400 per person
November 22, 2024- Final Balance per Person
What about single occupancy?
Single occupancy accommodations are available upon request and limited for this group. A total of 2 single occupancy rooms is the maximum amount allowed.
How many people will be traveling in this group?
We have 12 rooms/ 24 spots available for our group (a few exceptions for single and triple occupancy)
What is your refund & cancellation policy?
Your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERRABLE. Travel protection is offered to every traveler and highly recommended for any unforeseen circumstances.
October 30, 2024: 25% of total charges
November 14, 2024: 50% of total charges
December 15, 2024: 100% of total charges
What is the average temperature in Los Cabos Mexico?
The month of February is an excellent time to visit Los Cabos.
The average temperature during the day is low 80s and low 70's at night.
Please bring a light jacket for air conditioned rooms and after the sun sets!

Yes, bring your jerseys to rep your favorite NFL team.
What currencies are used in Mexico?
Mexican Peso is the official currency, U. S. dollars are widely accepted in most locations
What languages are used in Mexico?
The official language of Mexico is Spanish, spoken by 99% of the population. You will find that most staff at the resort, transportation, tour operators and guides speak English as well.
